- Identify baby yarn that I already have.
- Utilize the Ravelry database (stay away from the forums, Urs) to match up my yarn to cute projects.
- Narrow those projects down to free patterns.
- Cast on!
knit and cook and spell and fix things and, well, just about everything. But here's where I admit the truth. Share in my frustrations and then laugh with me as I learn not to take life too seriously.

I can do it
Okay, I apologize. I just needed to get it out of my system yesterday but today I can knit baby things. No longer grossly intimidated, here's my plan of attack:

I know you can do it!
OH, I just read the post that you're pregnant! CONGRATULATIONS!
I learned to knit after both my little ones were born, and I'm sad for all the little things I didn't get to make them! I love the feeling I get when I put on their winter hats - that keep them warm - that I made!
You'll find things you'll love to make for your little ones. How are you feeling? Are things wonderful? Wonderfully icky? I'm so excited for new babies!
CONGRATULATIONS!
Congrats on the baby! How exciting.
Also congrats on casting on for baby. That kid will be the envy of the maternity ward. Other babies will want to know where yours got his/her's stylish outfit.
Thanks for visiting me!
